Shipping & Delivery


Our warehouses are based in the US and EU, enabling you to slip into your luxurious pajamas as soon as possible.
Normal shipping times for US and EU orders are between 3- 10 business days with DHL and UPS. At the moment we are facing some fulfillment delays due to order volume and practicing safe distancing measures in our warehouses.
For all other destinations it can take between 10-21 business days, but we promise you it will be worth it. We are, however, not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes. Please note that business days are considered Monday to Friday and do not include US bank holidays, nor weekends.
Your order may be subject to import taxes and customs fees once your order arrives at its final destination. (These are determined by your local customs office.) We do not cover these extra charges.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We are happy to let you know we ship internationally. Your pajama will reach you no matter where you are. We ship internationally via DHL or USPS for a fast and reliable service. Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of the United States. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

WHERE'S MY TRACKING INFORMATION?

There's a few ways to check the status of your order & to find your tracking information:

1 - Confirmation email: As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link to your registered email, where you’ll be able to check on the status of your order as it makes its way to you! If you haven’t received your tracking information please be sure to double-check your junk mail for the automatic tracking email.

2 - Customer Account: Log onto the ‘my account’ section of the averie website and selecting ‘tracking.’ Once you've logged in you can trace and track your order as it makes its way to you!

3 - Drop Us An Email: Of course, if you need any help tracking your order then don’t hesitate to contact our lovely Customer Experience team via our email hi@averiesleep.com.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH?

We’ve all been there and checked out a little too quickly with the wrong shipping address, so the best thing to do is to send an email to us at hi@averiesleep.com and explain what’s gone wrong, and if the order hasn’t yet shipped we’ll do our best to change the address!

MY TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED IN A WHILE, IS THIS NORMAL?

This is completely normal! There can sometimes be a slight delay in scanned updates of your parcel as it makes its way to you through the postal system. If there’s been no update in a few days please send our lovely team an email hi@averiesleep.com and we’ll take a look for you to see if we can get some additional information from the couriers!

WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES & TAXES ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of the United States. Taxes and duties will be calculated per your shipping country, and while we take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, we do not take responsibility for delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPING FROM?

Our warehouse is located in Satteldorf, Germany with orders packaged up and shipped out each business day. Please note; your order may be liable to customs or duty charges dependent on your shipping location’s policies. We’re also excited to announce that we offer shipping for all our american friends from Houston, Texas.
