What is Averie made of and where is it produced?

Our pajamas are silky soft to the touch, made of 100% polyester – the satin weave giving them a luxury shine. All pajamas are handmade in India with our ethical textile producer, who ensures fair wages. Every person involved in the process is equally important for the realization of Averie.

How should I look after my pajamas?

Our pajamas are made from fine Japanese Satin that is made from 100% polyester. You can take care of your averie by following 3 simple steps:

1 - Wash: For all our silky pajamas we recommend dry cleaning or hand washing at 30 degrees.

2 - Air dry: Gently rinse your pajamas to get any bubbles out, then air dry inside out, out of direct sunlight.

3 - Iron: Turn the fabric inside out and place a thin towel on top of the fabric. Ensure the fabric is damp. Gently iron on the lowest setting.

Which Payment methods do you offer?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Maestro, Paypal, Paypal Credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Please keep in mind: Other debit cards & payment upon delivery are not accepted.

How do I apply my discount code or gift card?

If you have a discount code or a gift card, what are you waiting for? You can enter your discount code alongside your email address at checkout.

Please keep in mind:

-Only one discount code can be used per order.

-Out of date discount codes cannot be redeemed.

-Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I get a group discount for large quantity purchases?

Planning a bachelorette party or a girl’s night?  Matching pajamas are definitely essential! Just shoot us an email for group discounts at hi@averiesleep.com, and we’d be happy to see what we can do!

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

Not a problem, we all make mistakes! Just email us on hi@averiesleep.com. Please put 'EDIT ORDER as your subject line, so we can locate your email request immediately. We will then change your order accordingly.

Please note that we fulfill our orders as fast as we can. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee changes to orders once they have been placed. However, if your pajama is already on its way to you, there is always the possibility to return or exchange your order once the order is delivered.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel your order please send us an email to hi@averiesleep.com as early as possible. Please put ‘CANCEL ORDER’ in your subject-line so we can locate your email request immediately. As we try to ship our orders in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee your cancellation will be possible. But, there is always the possibility of a return, or maybe you will actually really love your new pajamas and decide to keep it.

I have an issue with my product - what can I do?

We sincerely apologize for our mistake. We carefully hand check all orders before we ship them out to minimize any mistakes. It would be a rare occurrence if you do receive a wrong style or faulty item. However, if this did happen you please send us an email at hi@averiesleep.com and select  “Product defective” as the reasoning. Please include an explanation and a photo of your defective product, and will resolve the issue right away.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

We’re glad to inform you that we offer worldwide shipping.

Your order will be fulfilled and ready to ship within 2-6 business days (Monday-Friday, not including US public holidays)

Please note:

Business days are considered Monday - Friday and do not include US bank holidays, nor weekends.Averie is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to carrier issues or inclement weather.

Where's my tracking information?

You can check your order in 3 different ways:

1 - Confirmation email: When we shipped out your order you’ll receive a confirmation email including your tracking link, where you can check on the status of your order while being shipped to your bedroom. If you haven’t received your tracking information please be sure to double-check your junk mail for the automatic tracking email.

2 - Customer Account: You can also find your tracking link by logging into the ‘my account’ section of the Averie website, selecting ‘tracking’. Once you've logged in you can trace and track your order as it is being shipped to your bedroom!

3 - Send Us An Email: If you need any help tracking your order please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team at hi@averiesleep.com.

How long will it take and how much will it cost to receive my pajama?

We try to fulfill all orders as fast as possible, however the shipping times depend on where you’re located.

USA and Europe located customers will receive their pajamas within 2-6 business days depending where in the country you're living. All international orders have a shipping time of 10-21 business days.

Will I have to pay duties & taxes on my international order?

Please keep in mind that delays and additional costs or taxes may be added to your order when shipped to international countries outside of the USA or Europe. The cost of the pajamas does not include individual countries taxes or customs, this cost is the solely the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately we cannot refund any duties or taxes on your order.

Where is my order shipping from?

Our european warehouse is located in satteldorf, germany and our american warehouse is in houston, texas. Your order will be packaged up and shipped out every business day.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We hope you will love your averie as much as we do, but if you for whatever reason would like to exchange or return your order, we are of course more than happy to assist you.​ ​

​returns and exchanges must be made within 14 business days from the date of delivery. All the returned and exchanged sleepwear must be in the original packaging in an unworn condition with the tags attached.​​ ​

How do I make a return?

You’ll be given access to our returns portal where you can login and select the item(s) that wasn't the right match.

In the return portal you’ll receive the address of our warehouse where you can send your return package to. Please keep in mind that we do not cover the costs for returns that are returned for a refund or exchanged for another style or size.

Please pack the returned products back into the original packaging by simply tearing off the used sticky strip and close it with the second sticky strip.

Next, simply stick the shipping and address label onto the outside of the package and send it back to us.

As soon as we receive and review your return, your refund will be issued. Note that it can take up to 1-3 business days to process your return. Once a refund has been initiated, it can take up to 10 business days for the returned funds to be available on the payment method you used to checkout. This depends on the payment method you used on checkout, and your bank's processing times.
